Parish Nurse

The roll of our parish nurse is to work with the pastoral staff and faith community to help keep our parish community a source of health and healing. Some examples of a Parish Nurse responsiblilites:

Visit the hospitalized members of our parish and follow them at home if necessary
Health educator
Health advocate
Referral agent
Integrator of faith and health, encourage the mind, body and spirit to continue working together.

Spiritual health is central to physical and mental health and influences a person's entire being. A person can feel well and content in the presence of disease and healing can exist in the absence of a cure.

UPCOMING EVENTS
Flu Vaccine - after Masses on Saturday November 1 and Sunday November 2. Registration is at the door.

Blood Drive - Monday November 10 from 3:30pm - 7:30pm. To set up a time to donate call or email Kathy.
