Twice a year our parish comes together to put our Faith in Action and help out our parish community and the community at large. We do this in small ways all year long but these special days we look to come together as a parish to be the hands and feet of Jesus in the world.
These days are meant to help those in our parish that live alone with things like lawn care, painting, cleaning basements or garages. Our hope is to be of service to those in need so that they are able to stay in their homes as long as possible.
We begin the day by gathering for prayer in the Vercelli House at St. William’s. After prayer the assignments for the day are given and participants go out to the homes or community agencies to work for a couple hours. Everyone returns for lunch and sharing of their experiences. We invite those we helped to be a part of this as well.

8:30am Meet in the Vercelli House for Assignments and Prayer
9-11:30am Work in the community
12-1pm Lunch and sharing of what was accomplished that morning
1:00pm Closing Prayer
