Small group sessions for Middle and High School are held on Sunday and Wednesday evenings (every other week). Our CF Classes use the online program Call to Discipleship, published by Our Sunday Vistor. All course studies use prayer, The Catecism of the Catholic Church and Scripture as an essential component.
We mix the grades together to foster a sense of larger community, 7th & 8th are together and 9th & 10th are together. Our goal is to have small groups of 12 young people or less. In addition each grade has a retreat experience during the year.
Service is key to our programming. The young people are asked to do 5 hours of service in both their 7th and 8th grade years (10 total). In High School we ask them to complete 10 hours of service for both their 9th and 10th grade years (20 total). We give many ideas for this service in our Service Book which can be viewed under the service tab on the Youth Ministry page, or they may contact the Youth Ministry office for additional assistance.
